The Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) has redetermined the July 2024 reimbursement price for Naltrexone 50mg tablets (28) listed in Category A of the Drug Tariff.
The basic price for this product should be £82.15 instead of £774.23 as published in the July Drug Tariff. This pricing issue was caused by a data error identified by DHSC.
Payment for July’s prescriptions will reflect the above re-determination and hence will not be as per the published Drug Tariff. The new reimbursement price of £82.15 will be reflected in the August and September Drug Tariffs.
