Pharmacy owners across Yorkshire & the Humber and the West Midlands are invited to meet the Community Pharmacy England team to discuss the issues that matter to you.
Chief Executive Janet Morrison and the team are heading to Leeds on Tuesday 16th July and then onto Birmingham on Wednesday 17th July to talk directly to local pharmacy owners (or their representatives). Our regional roadshows will outline all of the work we are doing to ease pharmacy pressures and build a better future for the sector.
Part of a wider series of regional events, this is your chance to learn more about what we do, share your views and put questions to our team.
Local independent pharmacy owners and Regional Representatives David Broome (for Yorkshire & the Humber) and Jas Heer (for the West Midlands), will also speak about their own experiences and hopes for community pharmacy.
The event agenda will cover:
The ongoing critical pressures in community pharmacy;
Work on the Community Pharmacy Contractual Framework for 2024/25;
Our vision and strategy for the future of the sector;
How community pharmacy fits into the wider political and NHS climate;
How Community Pharmacy England operates; and
How you can input to and support our work.
We will meet with Chairs and Chief Officers from all LPCs in Yorkshire & the Humber and the West Midlands regions earlier in the day to learn about local context on national issues and hear any specific concerns.
If you are a pharmacy owner in these regions, please join us on the evening of 16th or 17th July to have your say. For events in other regions, please see our events index.
