    More than 1.2 million consultations a week – or 65 million a year – are now being carried out by community pharmacy teams in England, according to PSNC’s 2022 Pharmacy Advice Audit.     RSG vote paves way for changes to PSNC and LPCs 

    The Review Steering Group (RSG) has announced that the thresholds for its contactor vote on the future of PSNC and the LPCs have been met.     NHS prescription charges to remain at £9.35 per item for 2022/23

    Following our previous announcement that the NHS prescription charge would not be uplifted on 1st April 2022, the Department of Health and Social Care has now announced that NHS prescription charges in England will remain frozen for the rest of 2022/23.
