    Expiry of two Clarithromycin SSPs (SSP053 and SSP054)

    The Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) has confirmed that sufficient stock of Clarithromycin 125mg/5ml and 250mg/5ml oral suspensions are now available to meet normal demand. As a result the Serious Shortage Protocols (SSPs), SSP053 for Clarithromycin 125mg/5ml oral suspension and SSP054 for Clarithromycin 250mg/5ml oral suspension expire at 23.59pm on Friday 19 July 2024.
