- Latanoprost 50micrograms/ml / Timolol 5mg/ml (Fixapost®) eye drops 0.2ml unit dose preservative free are out of stock until early February 2026.
- Latanoprost 50micrograms/ml / Timolol 5mg/ml (Vizilatan Duo®) eye drops preservative free remain available and can support the increased demand.
- Separate latanoprost and timolol preservative free topical eye presentations remain available.
- A Serious Shortage Protocol (SSP) for Fixapost® preservative free eye drops was issued on 19/12/2025.
A copy of this medicine supply notification, including supporting information, has been sent to all pharmacy NHS email addresses.
DHSC and NHS England have launched an online Medicines Supply Tool, which provides up-to-date information about medicine supply issues. The contents of these MSNs can now be viewed on the Tool.
The Tool also details any changes to resupply dates and updates to the entries.
