Community pharmacy teams are advised that, from 1 February 2026, the NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) will no longer accept end‑of‑month prescription batch submissions at its Bridge House office. Pharmacy teams should despatch their January 2026 bundle to the new address below.

‘NHSBSA has confirmed that, from this date, all batches must be sent to its Greenfinch Way site.

To ensure your submissions reach NHSBSA without delay, please make sure you:

  • use the updated address labels on all end‑of‑month batches
  • inform your courier service of the new delivery location

New NHSBSA Submission Address (from 1 February 2026)

Unit 5, Greenfinch Way
Newburn Riverside
Newcastle upon Tyne
NE15 8NX

Pharmacy teams are encouraged to update their processes as soon as possible to avoid disruptions.

To support awareness of this change, NHSBSA has also highlighted the update in its latest Hints and Tips Issue 62 newsletter.
As part of our Funding & Reimbursement Shorts series, Community Pharmacy England’s Drug Tariff and funding experts have produced a video guide on the end-of-month submission process. Pharmacy teams must declare the month’s dispensing activity by completing the FP34C form via the Manage Your Service (MYS) portal. It is essential that the information entered is accurate and submitted on time to secure the early advance payment. Late submission of the FP34C form can result in payment delays and negatively impact pharmacy cash flow.
