Alliance Healthcare UK has informed us of planned maintenance over the August Bank Holiday period, advising that pharmacies consider their stock needs in advance.

Alliance has identified the bank holiday weekend (Friday 25th August to Tuesday 29th August) as the optimal time to carry out this essential maintenance and is working to minimise the impact on their customers. However, it does mean few or no deliveries will be made during this period, and the cut-off time for placing orders will be revised to 5.30pm on Friday 25th August.

In the event of an emergency (i.e. urgent CD lines being required), pharmacy teams can call Alliance Healthcare customer service on 0330 100 0448 for support.
