Community Pharmacy England has opened registration for a national event for pharmacy owners as part of our ongoing efforts to engage more meaningfully with everyone in the sector.
The pressures facing all pharmacy businesses are extreme, and the event will be a chance to hear about the work Community Pharmacy England is doing to find solutions, and to ask questions of Committee Members and the Chief Executive.
The purpose of the event will be to provide an update across a range of issues impacting pharmacies as well as the wider outlook for community pharmacy and upcoming work. Please note: This is not planned as an event to announce the outcomes of 2024/25 CPCF negotiations which will be announced and shared separately once they have been concluded.
This event will be held digitally on Tuesday 7th May from 7pm-8.30pm.
Members of Community Pharmacy England’s Committee and policy team will be in attendance and we are keen to hear from you via questions, online polls and ideas.
Register for the Engagement Event.
Please note:
Registration will close at 3pm on the day of the event.
This event is exclusively for community pharmacy owners or their representatives, pharmacy team members, and LPC teams.
It is not open to journalists so we can have frank and open discussions with pharmacy owners.
James Wood, Director of Member and LPC Support at Community Pharmacy England, said:
“The pressures on pharmacy businesses and all those who work in them are intolerable: we have made this absolutely clear to Government and the NHS, and everyone at Community Pharmacy England is fully focused on improving the outlook for pharmacies. All our work is guided by the pharmacy owners on the Community Pharmacy England Committee, but the more voices we can hear from across the sector on an ongoing basis, the better, and I hope that many of you will be able to join us at this event. “
Register today to secure your place. We look forward to seeing you.
