The NHSmail team is inviting Community Pharmacy NHSmail users to participate in user research interviews. The interview will last 15-25 minutes and can be conducted virtually or face-to-face.
The purpose of the research is to explore how NHSmail features and Microsoft 365 features can make a positive difference to the NHS workforce and encourage innovation and new types of collaboration.
The team aims to understand how pharmacy teams currently use NHSmail in their roles and determine if NHSmail’s Microsoft 365 features can help ease any workload and challenges.
The interview will cover topics such as the pharmacy team’s everyday experience of using NHSmail and the technology they currently use and would like to use.
