PSNC is looking to recruit a new Digital Communications and Policy Support Officer.

This role will support both our busy communications function (we send newsletters to our c.20,000 subscribers, as well as welcoming some 8,000 people daily to our website) and our LPC and wider Contractor Support. The role will report to the Pharmacy Communications Manager.

The successful candidate will support us in making better use of digital technology to strengthen its relationship with LPCs and to promote community pharmacy more widely. Working as part of a small team, this will be a varied role covering everything from managing email newsletters and designing infographics, to helping deliver a new engagement strategy and supporting the development of new visual identity and branding for the organisation.

We are keen to hear from candidates with experience or skills using digital communication tools (including social media and designing infographics) and an interest in, or experience of, stakeholder management and communications. Knowledge of health or pharmacy would be an advantage, but above all we are looking for a highly motivated individual who is enthusiastic about healthcare and the NHS and who is keen to play a critical role in a small team getting stuck into a wide range of tasks.

Employment type: Permanent, full-time (Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week)

Location: Flexible working from our office in Farringdon, London and at home.

Salary: Competitive
