Some pharmacy owners have flagged that they are experiencing problems submitting their monthly payment claim on the Manage Your Service (MYS) portal.

Community Pharmacy England quickly raised this with the NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA), who informed us that the issue relates solely to printing batch documentation, the Account Identifier Document.

Whilst a copy of this document should be placed alongside the paper prescription bundle before it is dispatched, pharmacy owners can instead use their paper batch documentation (which is sent to pharmacies directly). Therefore, this issue should not prevent pharmacy owners from completing the FP34C declaration or submitting their end of month bundle. For any queries, pharmacy owners should email the MYS team (mys@nhsbsa.nhs.uk) for further guidance.

Pharmacy owners are reminded to plan ahead for the Easter bank holiday period to ensure March 2026 activity is submitted on time. More information can be found here: FP34C and prescription bundle submission deadlines over Easter.
