    Contractor Notice: Extended FP34C submission deadline for prescriptions dispensed in May 2022

    Contractors will have until the 7 June 2022 to submit their FP34C declaration through the Manage Your Service (MYS) portal for NHS pharmaceutical services delivered in May 2022. Normally, if one or more bank holiday occurs within the first five days of the month, contractors are given an extra day to complete their monthly submissions.
