    NHS prescription charges to remain at £9.35 per item for 2022/23

    Following our previous announcement that the NHS prescription charge would not be uplifted on 1st April 2022, the Department of Health and Social Care has now announced that NHS prescription charges in England will remain frozen for the rest of 2022/23.     Contractor Notice: Extended FP34C submission deadline for prescriptions dispensed in May 2022

    Contractors will have until the 7 June 2022 to submit their FP34C declaration through the Manage Your Service (MYS) portal for NHS pharmaceutical services delivered in May 2022.
